Where do filters work?
Currently on-demand filters are allowed in Canada, USA, UK, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, UAE, France, Mexico, Kuwait, Qatar and Australia.
What type of events use Snapchat filters?
Every event for example: weddings, festivals, birthdays, nightclubs, sporting events, high school events, proms, fundraisers, corporate events, university events and many more.
How does payment work?
Your credit card information is required when placing an order. One of our customer service representatives will review and process your order. At this time the provided card will be charged the design fee (as well as the rushed fee if applicable). Any outstanding fees (ie. Snapchat fee) will be charged once the design is completed and submitted to Snapchat. You will be provided with an invoice breaking down all of the fees. If the card you provided cannot be processed we will contact you via email.
Why do you charge the design fee upfront?
Online fraud is common. We charge the design fee upfront as a security measure to ensure the customer is serious about ordering a filter. We have a large team of professional graphic designers and cannot be wasting their time with fake or fraudulent orders. Our past clientele should provide comfort in the legitimacy of our service. You are in very good hands. Ensuring each customer can successfully pay for the filter helps protect both our customers and ourselves.
How long will my order take?
Fully custom orders usually take 1-4 days however, we do offer a 24 hour rushed service. Template orders are processed in less than 24 hours. Please note, we need at least 6 business hours before an event begins to process an order.
What if I buy a filter that is denied by Snapchat?
This never happens with us. We will do any necessary revisions to ensure your filter is approved for no additional fee.
What's a rushed order?
A rushed fee of $15 is applied on same day template orders and template orders placed after 3pm CDT for a following day event. A rushed fee of $30 is applied when a text and text & imagery custom order is placed within 48 business hours of the event starting. A rushed fee of $50 - $200 is applied when a cartoon order is placed within 48 hours of an event. Pricing varies depending on the number of people in the cartoon. Please note that rushed fees are subject to change during periods of high demand.
What if I don't like the design?
We work with every customer one-on-one to ensure complete satisfaction. We do allow minor revisions to every design at no additional fee. We recommend providing as much detail as possible when placing the order. You can even send us examples to help illustrate your desires. Our designers create the custom filter based off what you describe. Major revisions (ie. a whole new design) cost $10-$20 depending on the requested artwork.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if a designer has not started working on your filter you can cancel the order and receive a full refund. If a designer has completed the initial proof only a partial refund can be issued at the discretion of customer service, dependent on the situation.
Am I done after I place an order? Will the filter just work?
Not quite! After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please send us a direct message at email@example.com. If everything looks alright we will process your order. We might have some questions before we begin. In this case, we ask for prompt responses so we can begin ASAP. Once we complete the design you will have to approve the proof, geographical location, date and time. Only once approved we will submit your filter to Snapchat. If it sounds complicated we assure you it’s a very simple process. We are alongside for the entire process and will ensure everything goes smoothly.
My filter is not working! What should I do?
Please check to see that you have filters and location services enabled for Snapchat on your device. Also, make sure you are within the geofence area that was confirmed.
